Chef Kimi Walker-Ahrens designs her menus around seasonally-inspired ingredients working with directly with local farms to highlight the beauty of the bounty of the Central Coast. Each dish is thoughtfully composed to complement the region's exceptional wines, creating harmonious pairings that elevate both the plate and glass.

Meet Chef Kimi.

Chef Kimi Walker-Ahrens has 23+ years of experience in the culinary world and has worked in San Francisco at industry staples such as Incanto and Bar Tartine.

These restaurants fostered her appreciation and love for seasonal and locally grown produce. Her love for food partnered with her wanderlust guide her inspirational travels to countries such as Italy, Spain, Turkey, & Thailand, and even landed her a job cooking in Tel Aviv, Israel for over a year.

Kimi is a bay area native & Cal Poly alumna. San Luis Obispo called her heart back 6 years ago and has been her home ever since. Her creative knowledge and contagious culinary passion will make your next meal one to remember.
